I would make sure that the owners of the franchises would have to be monitored also. They are a representation of the brand and when they are shady and don't perform as they should they bring the entire company down.

I've worked in 7-11 for a lot of years. More security especially at nites. Circle k closes from 28am to 4am so cashiers can stock clean

I would suggest having more cameras in our store. because there's one spot in the store where people can easily steal chargers. So i would have cameras put out in that area of the store. Also outside cameras so we can see the drivers get away car when the thief does beer runs.
