Franchise stores are never required to give you a raise unless the state minimum wage goes up, corporate stores do not give a raise after 90 days typically but do once a year raises around January ( take effect in April here ) but the amount of your raise depends on your work and the number of employees in your store as well as how your store did with their budget year.
Ex. If your store did poorly in sales all year, don't expect a big raise even if you busted your butt. This is not your managers fault but simply the cash they have slotted to their store to divvy up.

Your manager also never gets a raise only a bonus, don't assume otherwise, they are salary. They make the same if they work ge required 40 or 75
