Coworkers would call out and you get stuck covering half their shift. Always just enough employees to keep schedule, so if someone calls in sick everyone else is screwed.

I learned a lot there most of my skills i gained was from working around my co workers and especially the customers taught me to really communicate and how to interact.

Loved working here the owner the manager and the other coworkers where great to work with. The regular customers where so fun to wait on. Manager worked with my desired days & had the perfect shift for me . Was very sad to leave but had to move out of state.

The manager was a great guy but the uppers aren’t compliant with any issues that take place. The only chance for advancement is if the manager happened to get fired, which wouldn’t happen because no matter how bad of something someone did, no one even got a write up. The area I live has horrible/mean customers and what we dealt with was not worth what we were paid. No raises ever.. literally. All in all, if you can find a cool manager you’ll be alright.
Cashier/Customer Service in Post Falls, ID

I have worked here a long time. I enjoy going out and doing the car wash and the propane. The customers are mostly cool. They are who I would miss I guess. And a few employee's. Understaffed alot, makes work stressful. With the high turnover rate. And competitive starting pay.
