You would literally have to restructure the entire company. Actually nevermind it's a dumpster fire, a lost cause. If you hate yourself then work here, but if you have any sense of self worth than look elsewhere.

First of all I think yard workers should also get some kind of bonus like everyone else.... They are the muscle of the company if it wasn't for the outside worker money would not be made and people care more when the money getting taking away from them..... They would encourage one another to work hard so we can get this money instead of let's work hard so they can get they bonus... I care more about my bonus than yours....

I would pay the Laborers more money, afteralll they are a very important part if not the mist important part of your Company.A lot of management basically bark out orders and on their chairs at their desks. They would get more production out of the workforce if they led by example. In other words ,go and do some of the labor work along with the Laborers. It would boost moral, and give management a hands on approach on how to improve productivity ,safety, and address concerns of employeess. The upper management all the way up to the President of your Company should be involved in this experience.

Create a maximum 50 hour schedule for lower level employees who are doing the majority of the labor. Respect employee family life. Close on saturdays. Make wage realistic. ONLY PROMOTE FROM WITHIN, FROM BOTTOM TO TOP INSTEAD OF CONTINUALLY SELLING THE LIE.
