The hardest part of the job is the hours that you spent working. I was a salary employee. You have to answer your phone 24 hours. The most enjoyable part of the job was to see your stores full, nice and clean for coustomers be able to shop.

I made good friends I don't like the manager he likes to talk about his employees behind there back or as if there not in the same room the pay is not good for all the work that has to be done plus he makes you do other people's job

I only got to work at 99 Cents for a few months but the work environment was very good and the workers very friendly and taught you how to do things if you didn't know how.

Me gusto como lis jefes interactuan con los empleados , sin tanta burocracia, satisfecha y si regresara a Houston volvería a trabajar en 99 cen de broadway st.
