It's been a long time but I wanted to thank you all for taking the time to share advice on my question. Your time and thoughts are very much appreciated. I was promoted very quickly without even going for management positions. It was offered to me after only a few months with the company. I've been key holder now for approximately 6 months and with the company for about 14 months and after almost 4 yrs on the streets with nothing. Thank you all again for your feedback.
