I had elderly couple who called in to see if they could good a tech out sooner do to television didn't work..I patiently walk customer through basics steps and it was that the remote wasn't on correct setting , customer was really happy.
I recently met with a client to sell an event package. Prior to their visit, I explored previous activities that similar groups had found helpful in the past. This meant I could tailor the meeting accordingly, and could ensure they’d get everything they wanted out of the experience. Afterwards, I sent an information pack to send to all the attendees, with a brief recap of the visit. The company appreciated the personal touch, and went on to book six events with us
I had a couple of women who came into the store later at night and bought two or three grocery carts full of product at least once a month. They are part of a non-profit that sends care packages overseas to our soldiers. Most of the other cashiers were upset and complained that helping them was annoying because check out took a long time because you have to scan so much but to me, that was my job. The women are so sweet and they know they are getting a lot and they try to keep you talking and entertained while also helping you bag. They were so happy with me because I didn't once complain or give them a look because they noticed that with other employees. I even helped them to their car because to me, going above and beyond for my customers is what's important. I helped them every single time they came back in, and gladly.
A lady wanted bags of sugar. We were getting our truck in at the same tome so viewed the manifest to find what pallet the sugar was on. Located such pallet and broke it down to get her her sugar.
Was able to locate an item a customer was looking for immediately
