99 Cents Only Store careers in Hesperia, CA

Im 28 and have had a lot of jobs. 99 pays you money. I came in at "key holder" pretty much a supervisor at about 32 hours minimum and yeah they'll keep you at minimum til holidays to extend hours. I left as Assistant Manager which is minimum 52hours and the store manager can extend your hours. Which you definitely feel muscle strain but that's any job. You get through the day of any job by staying positive and joking around but knock out what ever workload or goals that need to be reached. And then you use your skills to chase your financial goals.

Very demanding MGMT.

You work hard, but no one else does, then they fire you. They are prejudiced and rude. Upper management was out of touch.Horrible place to work.They do not respect good people.

Working for this company for 2 1/2 years, made me value the importance of customer service. Company has benefits if your full time. Not so much for part timers. But do work with you if your a college student.

Disrepected. Nobody cares about you. New manager is brutal. If ya don't care about being treated like... Shi. And not getting on your break or lunch on time. Along with management having favorites. Then go for it.

The best part of my job was meeting new people and helping people out with there needs.

Job was great. Every co-worker was very helpful. They let me learn first and didn't make me do something I didn't know how to. I would love to work there again
