I worked for the corporate headquarters. There are some very talented and hard working people there! If the decision makers sincerely listened to their concerns and suggestions the company would be a better place to work. My biggest complaint would be upper management's style of leading. There is a culture of intimidation, gossip, and disrespect. It is not rare for certain employees to be screamed or cursed at. Operational meetings tend to be very tense and ruled by fear. The employees who do the most and are great at their jobs are overworked and overlooked. As you can imagine, this can affect moods, mental health, and the overall morale of the office. The kitchen/break area is well stocked, but small and difficult to truly relax and get to know coworkers in. The bathrooms are poorly appointed as they are right in front of a general meeting area, and they have glass doors. You cannot see through the glass, but the sounds and smells travel, and it can be stressful if you want to use the restroom but there is a meeting taking place. I think this would be a fantastic place to work if they nurtured a culture that was more conscious and compassionate of how the employees are treated.
