There’s potential for advancement. Sometimes to get anything done you have to be a loud squeaky wheel to be heard. But they will listen!! Bust your ace, cover your loads, and don’t be afraid to ask questions when need be!!!

The employees are very friendly in a way that is understanding for the structure of the company in a way makes the work effort better when doing the loading at the trucks and when going in back to the boxes you kinda get a one on one experience with people you may not know that you meet and become very friendly with that help you improve yourself and work with each other to get the job done.

Awesome Terminal Manager

The terminal manager at the Pasadena, TX. terminal is awesome and very helpful, but the dispatchers are biased and unhelpful. Quality of work is volatile and the dispatchers (one in particular) is condescending and only cares about getting loads covered instead of meeting drivers’ needs. The terminal manager doesn’t have time to babysit dispatchers to do their job efficiently and correctly.

Excellent place to work !

Excellent place to work. Owner bent over backwards to make you feel part of the company. Yearly raises. Good Equipment. Company credit card. if you needed something most times you were able to purchase.
