Absolutely loved working here, the doctors are so nice and willing to teach you their ways to work. Everyone in the office is friendly and hardworking. Everyone is on the same page as to working towards the goal of the office which is to provide patients with the best dental experience.

Great place to learn and grow in your position

I have worked in a handful of places before but this would be the first place that has offered training. This company is really invested in each individual's growth, not only professionally but sometimes also personally. Great workplace culture and everyone in the company is determined and hardworking. The most enjoyable part of the job would be the patients, seeing the transformation in their oral health and overall attitude about coming in to the dental office. Hardest part of the job would be the different tasks that this office use to help run the company. The company is particular about certain tasks but I believe that's what makes this company successful and stand out from others.

A very busy office that will keep you on your toes and your A game all day.There is a lot of training but it's training that is applicable to your job and that will make you grow and reach your personal and professional goals. Being part of the Hygiene Team we are always leading by example and are results oriented. This office is great to work at every single one of the employees are awesome and such hard workers. We all get along and most of us have become friends outside work!

I love working here as I'm going on my 12 years here. Started from the bottom and got all the way to the top. Our company not only cares about our patients, but also about our personnel. It's hard work but it's worth it. Our purpose is to help and that's why I love it here. Changing people's lives with each smile at a time.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Don’t Recommend

This probably the worst place I have ever worked. There’s no structure, there’s so many serious issues with this place. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for work. This place will suck the life out of you and still ask for more. The turnover rate is very high, and you can’t help but notice that people don’t stay long.The promise of bonuses and growth is set aside for their favorites so trust that it never happens. They think they own you once you’re hired and will contact at all hours of the night for last minute schedule changes. They make you feel stupid and talk to you in a demeaning way after they encourage you to ask questions. Don’t waste your time here this place is bad news and a nightmare to work for such a place .

Thank you for your comments. I am sorry you have that experience. We do have turn over and not more than any large office. We have alot patient that are in the military so they get transferred somewhere else. Seems like a lot but we do have 20+ employees.
