Great place
Awesome work environment and the big wigs are involved in growth. At times work becomes stressful but not due to the leadership but the environment. Like most jobs the best thing to have is people you like working with

Not a good place to work
The company was crooked. The president of the company did not show up for an audit and the company could have been shut-down and he was nowhere around.
