A typical day is spent answering phones you need to learn how to problem solve have a personality that is understanding be energetic take calls when others are busy with other calls and move forward , sitting most of the day in front of a computer, easy job anyone can do it

Not your typical call center

I learned a lot from working with A&A Communications for three years . We were a great team that worked hard to ensure both clients and customers were satisfied

Great

Great place to work. It's a fast paced environment. I processed client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information. Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements. Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
