Overall I enjoyed my time working at A & A Construction.
Construction Worker (Former Employee) - Sheffield Lake, OH - September 25, 2019
In a typical day at work we would arrive on the job site and carry out our desired task. I learned a lot on how to repair almost any part of a house. The management was strict but that allowed me to mold into a hard worker and I developed a strong work ethic over the years. The workplace included me my boss and 3 other men we got along and seldom had problems with management.

Accountant (Current Employee) - York, AL - April 23, 2018
I learned how to deal with difficult people and difficult situations. The longest day was from about 6 am until 11 pm. Hardest thing in construction is staying on schedule due to weather.

A&A Construction
Sports Marketing Specialist (Former Employee) - Chicago, IL - October 22, 2013
A typical work day would be talking to clients finishing bids and beginning on projects/ labor. The hardest part of the job would be the physical labor. The most enjoyable part of the job would be dealing with diverse clientele as well as learning the craft of construction.
Pros
learning the art and craft of clientele and working with diverse customers
Cons
phyical labor and the wear and tear on your body, also the compensation
