Semi-retired/CDL driving locally (Former Employee) - Old Stage Road Asphalt plant - March 18, 2023
What is the best part of working at the company? A few of the other employees. Few nights or weekends having to work. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Managers are verbally abusive; they provide ZERO employee courtesies such as porta-johns on job sites. Managerment has "selective" discriminatory practices. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Abusive and horrible culture and environment. No safety controls. What is a typical day like for you at the company? Driving all day with no break-times. continuous pushing to get work done.

Horrible Contactor with LLC
Laborer (Former Employee) - Panama City Beach, FL - November 8, 2019
Contractor promised work. Never saw the guy again after second project was started and left halfway. He had lots of work and he supplied our material. He told us he never got material and had us waiting and then he refused contact with us ignored our calls and texts. We found another crew finishing our work upon us relocating due to time loss by contractor. We lost over a months worth of income

Productive construction company
Painter/Carpenter (Former Employee) - Lakeland, FL - January 28, 2015
A typical day of work would include painting, laboring, and carpentry fixtures. I learned how to effectively paint buildings, remove and install sinks, faucets, toilets, ceiling fans, window blinds, and carpets.
Pros
good hours
