When they have work to do, you work hard, benefits are ok for the size of the company. Can move around within company as skills are learned, become more helpful to the company to fill in spots for people on vacation or missing .

Enticing pay but very toxic

Was excited about learning new things. Company benefits might be enticing, but company isn't in a good standing. Higher management doesn't want to be replaced. Good luck getting proper training or even following their own protocols/guidelines or long term raises. Toxicity and gaslighting. Shutting off AC in the hot months and just unsafe working conditions. Great company

During my time spent with A and A Elect I learned many new hard and soft skills and experienced what it was like to work in a very caring and considerate working environment. Not many experiences in life can compare to working for this company.
