During my time spent with A and A Elect I learned many new hard and soft skills and experienced what it was like to work in a very caring and considerate working environment. Not many experiences in life can compare to working for this company.

Good place to learn new skills.

When they have work to do, you work hard, benefits are ok for the size of the company. Can move around within company as skills are learned, become more helpful to the company to fill in spots for people on vacation or missing .
Pros
Good with employee rewards, wages go up with skills shown/ learned
Cons
Can get very noisy at times, board cleaner, air blowers.
