Lead Rigger/ Driver (Former Employee) - Chantilly, VA - February 13, 2016
A&A Transfer is a top notch company, from management on down. I learned the rigging trade and more there. The work environment and personnel are unparalleled. Management takes care of its people. Employees are allowed to improve themselves, and there is room for advancement. Modern equipment and safety first are emphasized.
Pros
Pay and benefits are good.
Cons
There may be some long days/odd hours.

Great family-owned company. Unique industry with a lot of opportunities to learn new skills. Great location in Chantilly, VA with a lot of work located in Northern VA, DC, and Maryland.
