Decent place to work

Indeed Featured review

Plenty of work. The maintenance shop stays busy all year. Not the best pay around, but plenty of hours to make some money.Management is understanding that you have a life outside of work. Plus they are patient enough for on the job training.

Laidback company

Its an ok company to work for could be better if they gave raise’s and bonuses, they have some really great drivers that bust their backs every week including volunteering to work nights when its not even on their job description. Can avoid having to lose them with the right salary they deserve, especially now that the cost of living has gone up so much , can’t even get by with what they are paying. Management is pretty good very family oriented works with you on getting a personal day off very understanding.

Not a bad place to work.

The company is a good company. Not much room to move up but they do believe in giving raises. There are lots of hours to work, and work to be done. There is a great Superviser there. He his a good guys and the other employees are good people also. The pay could be better.

Good place to work.

Good place to work. Coworkers are easy to get along with. Some of the equipment may be old, but is in safe working order.. Great "team" culture in the shop.

Raggedy Equipment. Been abused bad

If you want to rack up your CSA score and end up with tickets from DOT they got a dump truck for ya..They have old beat up trucks..and need warm bodies to drive themThey are unkept and filthy! No sooner do they fire a driver or a driver finally gets fet up, and quits, theyll toss u right into a filthy unsanitary mess..and expect you to clean up last drivers filth

A paycheck

Driver of the month is a sham!! It’s all based on popularity!

I would not recommend working here!! If you can find another job I would. Be prepared for low pay and having short work weeks in the winter. AA used to have their own HR person, Now they have some woman who couldn’t recognize a CDL Driver from go kart driver and is part of Haskell Lemon. BEWARE

Home nightly

Low pay for drivers!!

Relaxed work environment

The hours are long, but the people are laid back. If you can handle the night time parts manager not knowing how to do anything you can go places. They will teach you more and send you to classes

Great ppl

I would recommend you check it out. Easy to get along with the management and the environment is excellent! Night mechanics are hard to find, so be willing to work and you may have found a place that fits you.
