Employment Is only temporary

Staffing Manager (Former Employee) - West Palm Beach, FL - October 10, 2023

CEO told many different employees that there is ONLY A 6 MONTH TERM at that job. They do not reimburse the gas or mileage for you having to go to any job sites. And DO NOT pay for the time you work outside on office hours. I had a job site I HAD to report to by 5AM. Did NOT get paid for the travel or time I did for that. They do not give paychecks on time . They are not organized. CEO micromanaging the entire day. Very stressful environment.

I rated this company low for many reasons. They are not concerned about the employees. They take advantage of those individuals that really need a job. The management is family so they are not sensitive to others only themselves and lack integrity. They are not organized and not forthcoming with information that is vital to employees. If you decide to work with this agency get everything in writing.

Looking benefits was not paying enough the manager was hard to get information and the pay day was always late needed a raise never got any since working for a year the school system was slow pace at time and not enough money for all the work at first it turn out good until the end

Educational and fun place to work

Administrative Duties, answered a high volume phone lines, filing, job placements,corresponding with clients by phone and by email. I learnt the different aspect of the Staffing Industries, my co workers were helpful, friendly the hardest part of the job was not know when to give up.
