Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedPerformance reviews provide a great opportunity for HR managers and business owners to point out what their team members are doing right. It can also be an excellent time to boost employee empowerment. However, review time can also present a number of challenges. This is especially true if one of your employees needs to make major improvements in certain areas. It can be useful to have some starter performance review phrases handy to help you conduct a professional and in-depth review that provides valuable feedback and avoids hurt feelings or defensiveness.

Hard Work
Laborer/ Supervisor (Former Employee) - Missoula, MT - May 12, 2019
Hard work for pay that would be barely enough to survive in the area. The ability to work on a hot roof daily is exhausting and almost unbearable. Not for the light-hearted
Pros
outside work
Cons
pay, poorly run

Straight and to the point on what had to be done for the day.
Construction Worker (Former Employee) - Brooklyn, NY - September 21, 2014
Make sure that all the equipment needed was in proper working condition, all tools were sturdy and reliable, and that everyone worked safely at whatever they were assigned to do that day. I learnt a lot from the skill workers, since they were always so friendly and eager to teach someone their trade. Management pretty much let us do whatever we wanted so almost everyone there was a skilled worker. And the hardest part of the job for me was when the boss passed and some months later his wife sold the business.
My most enjoyable part of the job was working along side these great skill workers whom were always ready with a kind word if something went wrong.
Pros
The hospitality and help the bosses gave us.
Cons
Which I could have been able to do more to improve my skills/trade.
