Communication is bad

Indeed Featured review

The most useful review selected by Indeed
The upper management doesn’t communicate in a good way. I feel that they don’t trust their employees are doing a good job. Coworkers don’t respect each other. A lot of conflict in the office.

Pros

None

Cons

Smaller business poor management skills

Not a good place to work

Management is non present in day to day operations. Employees seem to do what they want without any repercussions. Pay is minimal. The only positive is the schedule which is Monday through Friday 8-5

Large selection of products

A large array of case goods, decorative accessories, lighting and art, but I'd say 60% of the products are not high end. Many of the products are like CBK ( very low end )

Pros

Free Lunches for major markets

No healthcare
