Great place to work but your paid for your work

Great people to work with. Management is always there to help. Even coworkers are there to help. Being an agent has its ups and downs. In my position it’s commission based. So I get paid well for building my book of business.

Long hours and high stress

Poor training. Sales agents were thrown in the job position with very little product training or knowledge. worked long days and weekends. Management was poor with little leadership.
