TRUCK DRIVER (Former Employee) - Vancouver, BC - January 25, 2023
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedVery fast paced and very very busy business. Didn’t like working from 6 in the morning until 6 in the evening then having to sit in a hour or longer in traffic to travel home No parking for employees on property. Which made things difficult.
Pros
Pay day lunches profit sharing
Cons
To much over time

Messy place to work
Maintenance Technician (Current Employee) - Vancouver, BC - August 2, 2022
From management to the maintenance technician to drivers there is no responsibility. Poor management is clearly one of the reasons this company has troubles. They will not fix the delivery trucks till someone get in to an accident. Salary raise is no where to be found even if you been there for a while working your soul off. Some of the managers will just chat to each others all day without doing anything but expect you to do everything.
Cons
No paid breaks, you’re obligated to go with shifts of 9hrs.

Good place to start, bad place to stay.
Employee (Former Employee) - Vancouver, BC - July 22, 2020
The place is always busy but there are not enough employees for workload. It's still a family owned business, so they still have an old school way to do things. No space for suggestions, opinions or chance to show new ways to do things. Prideful attitude towards employees, witnessed mistreat to some co-workers. No teamwork sense at all. Lots of things to learn but nobody will explain or provide training. Co-workers may not be friendly, easy going or social. Most of the time, you're there to work and NOTHING else. Management is bad depending on which branch are you in. Repairs/maintenance items are done just good enough to make things work, most of the time. They have very flexible policies to support employees and wages are fair. Benefits are very competitive and overall good.
Pros
Fair wages. Benefits.
Cons
Management. Workload. Unsupportive. Careless people.
