It is a good company and work to support elderly people in their daily living. I like it.
Assist Elderly (Former Employee) - Middletown, and Meriden - February 17, 2013
A typical day at work is busy l learned to work with pacient for my client's benefit. Although we can not work in the same place, the environment is warm. The hardest part of the job we need to visit different clients. The most enjoyable part of this job is help to people.
Pros
we can choose our clients.
Cons
we need to go to different places.

Long hours, but with good reward.
Assistant General Manager (Former Employee) - Oklahoma City, OK - October 10, 2012
With automatic raises, and the ability to experience something new everyday, A&B inc. provided an ever changing experience. You aren't only a retail manager, but you also deal with logistics, HR, information technology, and marketing.
