This company tries to match clients with employees they may have some common background. A great company to work for but the pay isn't that great if you have a family to take care of. But, the company does look out for its employees as much as possible. Very much like a family between the client and employees.

Keep me busy and never a dull moment

A typical work day is busy, busy, busy! What I ahave learned most importantly is communication and patientence. I interact most with my clients/patients. So whenever I am with my co-workers it's always peace and understanding.
Pros
i have the opportunity to meet a lot of people.
Cons
driving can sometimes become overwhelming.

I enjoy working at a steady pace. My job i help do hosehold choices and make sure she take her meds and go to her appointments.What I love most about my job is I can help someone when they can't assist theirsel.

Quality Assurance (Former Employee) - Pigeon, MI - October 26, 2022
Owner was a very lovely lady. Very nice and accommodating. I never had any issues with owner and management. I felt berated and pushed around by the other coworkers. They would hang up on one another and take turns who was to be hanged up on. Very childish workers.
