What is the work environment and culture like at the company?

It is a company that due to staffing has very few men working for them. Each office is required to have a male technician for observed collections so all upper management with the exception of 4 males are females. At times I was overwhelmed with the bad feelings towards me as a male and this was not from everyone on the company.
