I am looking for a more stable job, A and E factory service is owned by SEARS and there is a lot of talk about out sourcing our jobs. I feel if I do not find work else where I will not be able to provide for my family.

do not take care of personnel relating to raises and unreachable goals continually changing to produce higher monies for the company

Fun rewarding job.
Nice job for an independent worker, must like to travel. My TM is the best out there and helps with customer issues very well. The thanks you get for doing a good job is worth the traveling.
