Extremely loud place to work, very dirty
Quality Assurance Technician (Former Employee) - Racine, WI - January 9, 2020
This employer is mostly easy to work for. Attention to detail is a must. They do not like unions because it makes them pay more to workers. I would not want to work there again.

Ok place to work
General Laborer (Former Employee) - Racine, WI - December 10, 2018
Your basic factory work environment. Pretty achievable and accepting of any type of worker. Could pay a bit more and pay by the piece rate? Very hard on your hands if you are a hose assembler.

Salary low
Hand Assembler (Former Employee) - Racine, WI - July 28, 2017
The going hourly rate for an assembler is very low. Employees share of benefits is unobtainable due to this. There is an inconsistency of requirements and communication between Plant Manager and factory personnel.

Assembler (Former Employee) - Racine, WI - June 6, 2017
Outdated manufacturing plant below regulatory requirements. Poor working conditions and below average pay. People were not very friendly and often very rude.

State of the art Manufacturing Company
First Article Inspector/Plate Roll Operator (Former Employee) - Levittown, PA - November 9, 2016
Semi Typical high tolerance sheet metal shop ISO compliant. I learned how to run a CMM and Vertec Measuring Laser. It was a nice shop with lots of process knowledge and we were always busy.
Pros
Standard brake times
Cons
Sort of cliquish in certain departments

They did have a incentive program that was honest
Material Handler (Former Employee) - Racine Wisconsin - November 23, 2014
Everyday was different. One day a machine would work well the next not. Its almost as if these machines had a mind of their own.
To accept the responsibilities that came with the job and smile about it.
The co-workers worked hard and there were some differences in personalities but all in all they got along.
Working with older machines.
See that your efforts were accomplished and you felt good about your job.
Pros
With so many years working there I enjoyed those years learning.
Cons
The company did work with its employees and offered the best for them.
