The most useful review selected by Indeedi liked management but not the fact that there was no benefits. when you have a family that just doesn't work. they do what they can to support the employees with personal life issues but without benefits its hard to wanna go to work and be productive. need more incentives. if your a single man or woman and don't have a need for insurance or vacation pay then this is a kick butt place to work for. would have stayed if benefits were offered.

Horrible place to work!
Welder /Fabricator (Former Employee) - Golden, CO - September 13, 2020
The owners have no idea how to treat employees and run their business VERY poorly. One of the owners threatened to kick my butt if I didn’t work faster. The other owners are very rude to all of the employees. There are no benefits and it’s it a negative work environment.
