One dr is ok-kind of flexible, the other dr is a volatile, tyrant and a bully!!!! Spends more time on the computer than being an effective leader!!!! The assistants are ok--just spend too much time talking to ea other and complaining about the schd!!!! One hygienist is very very nice and personalble!!!! The other two think they are too privilidge to do any real work or help out!!!!! The front staff really really lazy, especially at the very front desk!!!! The office manager very ineffective--tries to be everyone's friend instead of actually managing the office properly!!!!! And of the prices for services are astronomical!!!! Enter this office at your own risk!!!!!!! Though they all fake it, there's nothing enjoyable about this office!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hostile work environment!!

Receptionist/Scheduler (Former Employee) - Silver Spring, MD - October 17, 2013

2 Dentist office--one dentist--very personable, conservative with not too bad chairside repore!! This particular dentist is respectful to a point with front staff and assistants! The other dentist who likes to think of himself as the head of the office, is a bully-- disrespectful, rude to everyone, even to some of his patients!!! Even makes the office manager cry and upset and they are related!! A truly awful person!! This dentist doesnt like to deal with problem patients, only wants patients that want or twisted the arm to have crown and bridge work or cosmetic work performed!!! Enjoyable part was dealing with some of the patients who were alot of fun to speak with and interact with!! Hardest part was working with a non-effective management, some lazy, dislusional priviledge co-workers!!
