The most useful review selected by IndeedIt demanded dedicated work, knowledge and good management skills. Allowed me, within limits, to make decisions on overall functioning of agency. Able to work with people from different ethnic groups as well as to provide treatment and assistance to a wide range of mental health diagnosis, allowing me to show my expertise and to train others. I was able to increase my experience. It is a demanding job although fulfilling. The work place atmosphere is relaxing, although the job is many time stressful.
