flexible
It is flexible in terms of schedule. you pick the cases. Most cases start at $30/hr but some cases can get a higher rate. They will email you the options that have the higher pay.

I love working with families in their homes as a therapist. This company supports you in what you need to be successful with your clients. I’ve enjoyed working with different families & can make my own schedule!

Love what I do, but the agency is very disconnected
Love my job working with youth and amazing bcba oversight. besides that, the ret of the company/agency is distant and only care about case availability and nothing on employee satisfaction or involvement. you work for the company as an independent contractor and thats it. just another pawn piece.

Easy going, fun, great kids
Nice administration and they always give you hours you want. The students are wonderful and you have opportunity to learn and express yourself as a therapist. I enjoy being an employee for A & J.
