I've been working there for a year, very nice work environment, flexible hours. Very nice management, keeps machinery very maintained, and very decent pay.

Able to work outdoors, doing multiple jobs and with great people

Outdoor work environment, using multiple types of equipment from a tractor, to a truck to a bulldozer or trackhoe. Able to work without needing direct supervision. Working 14hrs each day during harvest season. Working outside with good people who are all working together to get the job done.

Working outdoors. Part of team with a common goal.
