A&J is a great place to work, it pays well and you are treated fairly, I would recommend working there to anyone who like the construction gig, if I lived in Pontiac I would still be working there

Time to work,and when it time to play

Work hard,took care of my responsibility,and was never late for work. I take my job serious because if nobody does than nothin going to get done. I dont wanna be in the same position,i wanna upgrade in my work. Iv done maintenance for almost 4-5 yrs now,and i enjoy it.

i did not like the job

i had to do to much bindin and i was in the sun for far to long with no breaks and i did not know what time we was goin to work or get off or were we was goin to be working if we worked that day

treated me like family !

very professional and warm company to work for. i was treated like a valued employee and like family. I loved every day working for A&J.

Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed

Search the Internet for possible sales. Advertise on-line for potential Clients. Facilitate employee to their job-site. Receiving and making phone calls. Driving to site of client. My partner and I went our separate ways. I enjoyed every aspect of this job. After my partner left it was hard to find dependable people.
