stressful work environment and under paid

your paid $900 every 2 weeks salary and are told you'll get a raise after 3 months if you don't miss a day and show up on time. I didn't miss work and was never late, I used my truck for work to help out the boss and gave rides to the 2 other helpers and got let go.
