A & K Railroad Materials Careers and Employment
A typical day at work consisted of answering phones, greeting guests, helping with accounting invoices, scanning invoices, and posting of mail. Also preparing and labeling packages to be picked up. Management was not readily available for interaction with employees. Good employees were not acknowledged and/or rewarded for good, honest, hard work. There were a lot of inconsistencies with regard to policies and procedures. I did like my job and I made some very good friends while at this company. I am not one to be micromanaged.
