The most useful review selected by IndeedI have learned so much in this job. I have gone from a youth pastor to a effective Human Resource Director. This job has taught me how to be a manager of finances and H.R. duties. There is lots of freedom with high expectations especially when it was time to get audited. The business is a reflection of its owners and management. Enough said with that.

Home Health industry has a lot red tape or new policies all the time.

very fast paced environment but also a very pleasant environment and friendly
Administrative Assistant (Current Employee) - Harlingen, TX - December 21, 2012
I was able to learn other things that I did not know and I was able to be cross trained which was a plus for me. Management was nice, coworkers were team players.
