Bad company!

Very unprofessional with no sense of job security, a atmosphere of nepotism! Very bad benefits program very low pay. I would not recommend for any career minded individuals very cut throat atmosphere from the top of the organization to the bottom. Highly unethical!

Unprofessional
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) - Chicago, IL - May 17, 2017
A typical day at call center involved providing quotes for motorists who had been booted, collecting payments, and preparing payment plans. The office culture was very unprofessional, employees used foul language casually, not just when employees were angry, screaming across the office; they would yell at customers, or speak condescendingly, or hang up on them. There were monthly meetings but no one adhered to changes discussed; everyone pretty much did what they wanted. There were rumors of affairs between the owner and an unqualified manager who was constantly promoted. Sad.
A couple of days a week, CSR's were sent to the city payment centers where you had to deal with rude motorists, but everyone preferred it to being in the office.

Very little, talking/laughing with co-workers during down times

Low pay, Unprofessional environment

Very stable work environment with a lot of potential for growth. Pleasant co workers and room for bonus raises. Excellent
