Poorly Run Business

Management has no clue how to run a business and are extremely unorganized. There is no structure or rules and it's pretty much chaos. The owner and most of the employees are extremely caring and nice though.

A mismanaged company

This company is definitely mismanaged. The owner/manager was always out of the business. I had to purchase consumables for my service truck such as pipe dope, floor savers, etc. Management rarely ever kept a promise. Very poor communications. Do not work here. Management did not even call me to tell me they could not make payroll, just no pay.
