Love it

This can be a very stressful job, but everybody that I work with helps to make it better. Great clinical supervisors and upper management. I love working with the kids, and I enjoy every day. If I struggle with a kid, there's a great support system to help figure out how to make it better/easier. The pay is really great, but the benefits aren't the best.
