This job is not a job I would recommend the pay so not worth it the management is a piece of bull and the job does what it wants to do just a reminder that I will not work for a company like this

My day started checking in with employees to ensure they were set up for the days tasks. I did manual labor where ever the need was. Some days I worked to make apartments clean and ready to be re-rented and some days I worked in the hall ways of the apartments to clean and make guest ready. Scheduling of tasks and employees. New hire orientation and training. Meetings with owner and property management. Sales and solicitation. Our co-workers were a hard working and dedicated group of individuals. The most enjoyable part of the job was interacting with the people at the facilities. The hardest part of the job was when employees left company without notice. The crunch to get all the work done could be challenging at times.

Cleaning Vacation Rentals.

A typical day is very fast paced.I have learned self discipline and patience.I was the management.I worked well with and got along with my partner.Constant movement and having to have all the jobs done by 3pm each day.Putting smiles on peoples faces.
