Great Pay - Poor Respect
Electrician (Former Employee) - Bridgeport, CT - July 31, 2020
The owner is a great person, the foreman is a piece of excrement. You won’t be able to succeed or be treated with respect unless you are family with the owner.
Pros
Good pay rates
Cons
Some people treat you like you were stupid

My absolutely favorite job ever.
Office Manager (Current Employee) - Augusta, GA - January 11, 2018
I love my job. The owner is great. I love the people I work with, but I simply need more pay. This is a small business and there isn't a lot of room for growth for me.
Pros
Flexible Hours
Cons
Low Pay

Productive
Electrician Apprentice (Former Employee) - Augusta, GA - April 12, 2017
On a typical work day have more than I bargain for in work. Still always something new to learn when it comes to vehicles. Hardest part of work is when you have no more bays to work in. Enjoyable part when it was time to go home for the day.
Pros
Discounts for your own car parts.
Cons
work environment

Fun workplace
Administrative Assistant (Former Employee) - Fullerton, CA - July 27, 2012
This was a fun job that was very laid back. My co-workers were very easy to get along with and very outgoing. The job came quite easy to me as I enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
