A welcoming & supportive team that provided all the training needed for the role. Everyone in the office is willing to help each other out and answer any questions. The working environment is varied - sometimes being fast paced and other days being steady. The modern, bright & clean office makes it an even nicer place to work.

Great place to work

A & R Services is a great place to work due to its friendly and encouraging atmosphere. I enjoy working at A&R Services as I feel that I am constantly learning and progressing within my career. My boss is very encouraging and is always willing to help me when I encounter obstacles. We hold social events regularly which brings everyone together meaning our working relationships are very strong. They are quite flexible with certain things such as working hours, holidays and appointments. My boss regularly asks me how I am doing and whether I feel my workload is too much or not which is usually fine. I feel listened to at A&R Services by everyone and feel that I can speak openly about anything and everything (within reason). A&R Services do NOT tolerate discrimination, they are very accepting of everyone who works for them and alongside them. They strive to provide 5* customer service as they love having happy and satisfied customers.

Social events, free sweets and drinks, strong workforce

Cons

Rude engineers due to them misunderstanding or them not getting what they want

Positive working environment, varied role with an opportunity to grow within the company, supportive management with friendly and helpful staff. I enjoy the challenges and diversity that each day can bring. We all support each other in the office and have a great team.

Varied role & good working environment

Administrative Assistant (Current Employee) - Bristol - January 28, 2019

No two days are ever the same - which is great as it keeps the role varied. We work in a small team so there are opportunities to get involved with many different areas of the business. The most enjoyable part of the job is probably seeing the company and team grow. The employees are all great, and they really help to make it a lovely place to work.
