Great place to work. I learned about different types of bricks and how they are made. Management is very good. very nice place to work. hardest part of the job is finding tools to work on the machine when it breaks down.. I love every part of the job .fun people to work around , not a lot of hard work. supervisor not on your back unless something goes wrong.

Its a great company to work for. The jobs are at good sites with good pay. The staff are professional friendly and very helpful. I would recommend them.

was placed on several assignments.office staff was very professional.tried to keep associates with constant employment.i don't think the company is open now

Warehouse day

Sort and place material on racks and or pallets, distribute materials and items to designated areas, prepare merchandise for shipment, and assist with inventory, unloading and loading pallets and assist with sorting.

Temperary Staffing Agency

I got an interview within a few days of applying online and an interview with the company I was to be place with a business day later. I was started the next day. They are good with placements but since they are a temp agency (like most) they do not provide benefits.

Excellent team, good job ethics and environment. Testing Hoses and cleaning my area was basically my job.

Productive place to work for

Supplied the production lines with raw materials, took finished goods off the line and have them shrink wrapped, labeled, scanned into system, then put away, raw material set-ups, load semi trailers with a sit down forklift, cleaned as needed, and performed basic maintenance on forklift. Always stayed busy with work flow. Work schedule was a 4-10 work week Monday-Thursday.

Pros

Was always busy, good co-workers, free doughnuts and cookies, good insurance.

Cons

Was temporary only.

like and enjoyed coming in to work. It was always something new and always worked with a good team. No hard parts with this job.

staffing company worked at brill west

they didnt really seem to have alot of work and the girls that worked for the guy were always rude , but the owner was real nice.

I didn't like that i would work at a job for a minute and then go to a different job

I didn't like that i would go and work at a job for a week and then get sent to another job for a little while...

Amazing

The people at A&R Staffing are very friendly. They really make you feel like part of their team which is an amazing feeling. I enjoy working with them. They set me up with a temporary position with the US Federal Court System. This was a very interestion position and I really enjoyed the challenges that came with my job title as a Jury Clerk Assistant. The hardest part of my position was honestly trying to remember everyones names including the Judges and their assistants. The most enjoyeable part was learning about how the jury is actually assembled and how much detail goes into organizing a jury for each case. I assisted in 6 different Jury selections and it was an all over amazing experience for me.
