competitive and fast pace
Fun place to work at , you can learn many construction skill in this company , I learned tiles, floor work , siding , waiting , etc . its a place that can help you develop construction skills.

No hours. No pay no p.
Not a good place. A Bunch of bull management are pigs. Dirty environment the whole run around. Would not recommend. Unless you really need the money.

a day at A&S
Eight months out of the year, we would work out of town, typically from sun up to sun down, 12-15 hour days. I learned a lot through the company as far as operating equipment. My manager taught me a lot of hands on experience.

OK place to work
It was an ok place to work. I was able to travel through out the state of Colorado for different jobs they had. There was some really long days of work in the kinds of weather which made it not so boring. Everything was pretty fast paced.

Did anything from supervise the crews to work on equipment. I could start my day in one county and end it in a different county. I enjoyed working for them
