Great company to work for. Excellent place to work!

Before they were bought it was a wonderful place to work. Managers cared about their people. It’s a shame they sold the business to liars and a company that doesn’t care about their employees .

This is a family owned business and the owners are here every day involved in all aspects of the company. If an employee or customer has an issue, they are always available to talk to.
Employees are given the opportunity to do their job without being micromanaged.

All around great family own dealership

If they were in a warmer climate, I would most likely still be working for this well run dealership. They are hands on daily which makes a HUGE difference with other RV dealerships that "appear" much larger.

Everyone at A&S Rv center is very kind. It is hard to learn new products and keep up with changing trends. Lack of training. Lack of advancement also.

A company with no desire to grow.

An owner that is more focused on his family's well being. Daughter and son are part owners, and each of them could care less about their employees. Poor benefits (except for family members), lack of guidance, and no leadership. Constant complaints from the service technicians go unanswered. The arrogance and inconsideration of the ownership is a reflection of a business that relies on a customer base whom are turned away from other dealerships.
