The managment is great and they always seem to stay busy. yes there are slow times but thats with any business. they really take care of their employees and treat them like family. This is a small family run dealership and you can feel that just by walking in the front door.

What is the best part of working at the company?The best part of working at a&t was when I quit.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?A lot of work for very small paycheck, they definitely don’t “over” payWhat is the work environment and culture like at the company?Not bad , pretty small shop though and a little dirty, no fans in body shopWhat is a typical day like for you at the company?Work , work hard for a little check the owners a spoiled gold spoon feed little boy playing office!

Family oriented business that will take care of you

My experience working for A&T Chevrolet has been overall phenomenal. They are extremely family oriented and after awhile I knew everyone and felt like family. This business takes care of its employee's and is always concerned about their health, mental and physical. I didn't dread going to work everyday anymore, and the managers I worked with were encouraging and guide well. I would recommend working here to anyone, including close family and friends!

Fun and fast paced environment

I love this place. I wouldn't consider working anywhere else. Everyone is upbeat and easy to work with. The owner is on site everyday and does whatever he can to help. There are a lot of long term employees and I see why, management really treats you like family. You produce and work hard- you get rewarded.

A typical day would be making phone calls, data entry.
The hardest part of the job was being pulled in all directions by 2 stores.
