A small organization with few staff still was a good environment, lot to learn. Exposure to real and practical experience to be professional. The manager was good enough to provide a wide area to share.

Terrrible

They pay min wage. And or nothing because they hire many interns. husband is manager/owner even though it's wife's business.They constantly argue. can't have phone near you. Even though over all boss is nice. Even though she is nicetemper tantrums. Terrible..

Verifying patients' insurance coverage before adding insurance on patient accounts'. Follow-up with insurances for denials and sending appeals within time frame. Establishing payment arrangement with patients, monitoring payments, and follow-up with patients. handling collections and unpaid accounts. Submitting claims to secondary insurances in timely manner. Getting in touch with collection agency. Co-workers are very helpful and working as team.
