Promote from within and a great work environment!

I've worked at enough jobs to know a good work place. Given, all jobs have there ups and downs and can improve in some areas. The work place is a very vibrant, upbeat atmosphere. I see myself working here long term. As long as you are doing your job and asking questions when you have them you will have no issues in this work atmosphere. Do not work here!!!!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE management!! These people will fire you with no notice or give you any reasons. They lie and tell you they offer benefits which they do not - no pto, vacation, sick days, insurance, nothing. They do not care about their workers and will replace them in the blink of an eye.
